Be a Vendor in Pride in the Park 2011
Our Festival Pride in the Park is the premier and most important event of the calendar year for the LGBT community in the city of Roanoke and surroundings areas. The event welcomes more than 3000 participants every year, including visitors from states from Ohio, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, among other states, making it an excellent opportunity to promote and sell any products or services that your company provides. Take advantage of direct sells with the diversity of guests that we welcome in our event.
Additionally, 2011 commemorates the 22th Anniversary of our Festival, milestone that we'll be sure to be remembered by all our participants. Our Festival will be held on Elmwood Park, Downtown Roanoke, VA, on Sunday September 18th, 2011

VENDOR REGULATIONS
Thank you for being part of our vendors that will be in our Marketplace during our Pride in the Park 2011, and we wanted to post the regulation for our event:
1. The space that you'll have in the marketplace is assigned by our Vendor Coordinator, and the earlier you confirm your space, better options that you'll have for the selection of your space. We invite and encourage to be a Sponsor. All our levels of sponsorship includes a vendor space in the marketplace, and if you are a Gold Sponsor you will have selection priviledges for your space.
2. You are solely responsible for the set up and clean up after the event is finished. Park proprerty such as trees, grass, fences and other resources must not be harmed or destroyed, defaced or altered in any way.
3. Tables and tents are not provided but strongly recommended.
